Accepted Methods of Payment. We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Shipping Time. The time needed to
ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the
particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery
time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package..
Special Order Items. All products which are indicated as "Special Order" are custom made and NON-RETURNABLE. All Italian Linens and special sized Bridal quality satin items are non-returnable. Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order items, if you receive a special order item and it is the wrong color, wrong size, damaged or is defective, the item will be repaired if necessary or replaced at no cost to you. Some special orders may take 2 to 6 weeks before shipping. Please e-mail customer service if you have any questions on "Special Order" or non-returnable items, or cancellation policies.
Sheepskins, Fiber, Feather & Goose Down Bedding. Please contact customer service for any questions regarding these products.
Italian, Silk & Satin Bedding, Italian Linens, Silk Charmeuse, Silk Habutai, Bridal Satin, Polyester Woven Satin. CoverYourBed.com and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage for any of these materials. Please call customer service for any questions regarding all silks, satins.
Product Colors. Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered, in addition, we also cannot guarantee that if a fabric swatch or product item is sent that the piece received will match an item ordered of the same material at any other time as dye lots and fabric colors change and may be different from time to time per the manufacturer. Please contact customer service if you have any questions on our product colors.
Product Sizes. All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. CoverYourBed.com and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@coveryourbed.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. Returns to CoverYourBed.com of non defective merchandise before 30 days from the invoice date from CoverYourBed.com to the purchaser are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you make a purchase and decide that you no longer want the items before they have been sent out, there will be a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via the Postal Service or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
